How long will it take for my website to be ready?
We pride ourselves with timely deliveries without sacrificing the quality of our work. Factors that may effect the time for a website to be delivered can be:
- Current schedule
- When you are able to deliver the content for your pages
- Frequency of ammendments during the project
- Complexity of website

Can changes be made during the project?
Yes, we welcome any changes you want to make. Our main objective is to get your website exactly how you want it.
Can you arrange for the hosting and domain name for us?
We can do, however all additional domain name and hosting fees must be paid in advance. We can also assist you on what domain name will be best for your business.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit must be paid initially. Outstanding balance must be paid upon hand over.
What information do you need to start my website?
Our first step is designing your pages, for this we need:
- Company logo (we can design this if required)
- Company colour schemes
- Brochures, flyers, newsletters or other artwork that identify your business.
- Images (in required format, eg .jpeg .gif .psd .pdf .tif)
- Copy Text (in a simple text editor such as Notepad.)
- Target market
- List of websites you like
- List of who your competitors are
- Please have all gathered content (text, images, scans, files) on a CD, with all text in a simple text editor format, such as Notepad.
How will people know about my website?
At first no one will unless,
a) it is in your offline advertising, or
b) your domain name is obvious.
In order to kick start your website we will make sure that all the pages in your website are search engine friendly (easy for search engines to read). Secondly we will optimise your site for your business's keywords. However the best source of traffic to your website is from your partners sites (Companies that are related to your company's business but not competition). Ask to exchange links with them, you will probably need to reciprocate the link.
